I have always been active in sports and have participated in just about everything. In CrossFit we are a community that shares in each other’s victories and work as a team to improve upon our weaknesses. The strong sense of camaraderie between CrossFit members is similar to my experiences playing organized football and during my time in the Military. We are family and we succeed together. Now that I am in my 40′s I can’t afford injuries, which is why safety and scaling to one’s ability is a priority for me. I consider it an honor to be able to participate in someones else’s progress and their evolution towards their fitness goals because I believe that carries over into all other areas in life.
